Artist Statement

Art has always been a part of me. It has been my savior, my demon, curse and my gift and always my very best friend. All I am, all that I was and all that I ever will be is found in the strokes of color I create in pastel and paint and place on paper and canvas. Speak to me and you will learn little, look at my paintings and you know my life story.

Jeff Fioravanti offers to the viewer images of mood and feeling that entice and stimulate the viewer to make an emotional and personal connection to each painting.
