Sandra Kavanaugh is a guest artist exhibiting five paintings, ocean and dune scenes, at Studio 8 Gallery in Newburyport from April 8th to May 27th.

Lisa will attend the Plein Air Convention in Santa Fe in April to share new ideas in painting on site with pastel and the latest info on plein air gear.

Her pastel, “Summer Light”, received the Jack Richeson award at the Connecticut Pastel Society 32nd Annual Members Show that took place in March, 2018 at the Southington Community Cultural Arts in Southington, CT.

Lisa has been asked to demonstrate plein air painting in the Crane Estate’s exquisite gardens for the Home Sweet Home event at Castle Hill on Saturday, May 19th, 10-4:00 pm. This free event offers Special tours, gardening and family-friendly activities and refreshments.

Keith Demanche’s painting titled “Santa Fe #1″ was juried into the Great Lakes Pastel Society National Exhibit, Michigan. The exhibit runs from May 19 to July 16.

Barbara Scott’s painting titled “Rushing In” will be in the 2016 Adirondack National Pastel Exhibition at the Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, NY. This juried exhibit opens Monday, July 11th and ends Monday, August 8th. There will be a reception on Saturday, July 23rd from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Carol Panek-Clark’s exhibit Titled “Small Celebrations in Pastel” will open Sunday, June 5, 2016  from noon to 3:00 PM at the Parish Center for the Arts, 10 Lincoln St., Westford, MA. Exhibit will continue on Sundays June 12 and 19 from noon to 2:00 PM.

Barbara Danser  has a solo show at the Zerocelcius Wreath Management on Main Street in New London, NH opening Friday, May 6th through July 31st. Barbara’s painting titled “Vermont November” was chosen for the Center for the Arts  Member Show in Whipple Hall as part of First Fridays Gallery Night in New London. Reception at Whipple Hall on Friday, May 6th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Shelly Eager has eleven paintings hanging in the Illuminations Program at Mass. General Hospital in Boston. This program’s purpose is to provide cancer patients something to distract them from the difficulties they are experiencing.

Sandra Kavanaugh was juried into the New Hampshire Art Association in April. Her painting “Essex” was accepted into the  Newburyport Art Association’s Annual Regional Juried show. Eighteen of Sandra’s painting will be on display during the month of August at the Pelham Library.

Gwen Nagel won an award for her pastel titled “Bellagio Marina” at the Vermont Pastel Society Member show  at the Main Street Landing Union Station in Burlington, VT. during the month of April.

Carol Panek-Clark taught four pastel classes at the Harvard Council on Aging. Carol was one of four artists selected to exhibit her work at the Littleton Life Care Center for the past three months.

Ten of Paula Dorr’s paintings were juried into the Marblehead Art Association’s gallery in Marblehead, MA. for display from May 2nd to July 19th.

Jeff Fioavanti’s painting “Burnsides Bridge” will be featured in National Geographic’s The Civil War: A Traveler’s Guide.

Judith Schutzman  pastel “Milkweed” was accepted into the Milton Art Gallery 34 Center’s First Annual Juried Exhibition in Milton, MA.  which ran from March 5th to April 8th.

Dianne Taylor Moore’s painting titled “Harvest the Light-Mt. Moosilauke” was selected by the Museum of the White Mountains at Plymouth State University, in Plymouth, NH for their Taking the Lead: Women in the White Mountains show. This show runs from April 7th through October 7th, 2016.

Donna Rossetti-Bailey won two awards recently. The Duxbury Juried Winter Show awarded. “Late October Sky” with an Honorable Mention. The American Artists Professional League awarded “The Last Hurrah” for Technique and skill at the on-line theme show for Landscape, Seascape and Streetscape. Donna’s paintings “Low Tide Reflection” and “River Memory” were accepted into the 2016 Scituate Arts Association Juried Art and Sculpture Show which ended May 1st.

Judy McKenna and Sally Shea collaborated in a show with East Colony Fine Art, “Petals 2 Paint” at the LaBelle Winery, 345 Route 101, Amherst, NH on June 22nd and 23rd . Reception on June 22nd from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Laura Jackson installed 20+ paintings at the Whole Life Health Care Center, 100 Shattuck Way in Newington, NH. Her artwork can be viewed through September in the lobby, the downstairs hall, and all of the upstairs halls. All artwork is available for sale. Open during normal business hours.

Lisa Regopoulos is one of the six artists taking part in the Art Reach at St. Joseph Hospital Atrium, Healing Body and Spirit exhibition, the Winter Reception is taking place Thursday, January 21, 2016, 5:30-7:30 p.m.  Featured at this exhibition are pastels from Lisa’s waterfall series. Barbara Scott’s still life and seascape paintings are currently exhibited as the Artist of the Month for December at the Londonderry Leach Library. There is a nice article in the December 4th, page 19 issue of the Londonderry Times.

We are pleased to announced that five PSNH members, Linee Baird, Joelle Feldman, Dave Kaphammer, Gary Ozias and Lisa Regopoulos were chosen as part of 8 pastel artists known as “Eighty Dusty Fingers” will be Artists in Residence at the Fruitlands Museum in Harvard Massachusetts. Lisa also recently applied and was awarded a grant from the Fitchburg Cultural Council,  This grant money will be used to teach middle/high school students pastel classes at the Boys and Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster, MA which will evolve into a Student Show.


The New Hampshire Institute of Art (NHIA) juried Barbara Danser’s landscape and figurative work into their Faculty Exhibition, located at the Discover Portsmouth Center in Portsmouth.  This show, juried by Marsha Pels, a multimedia artist from Brooklyn, NY and recent recipient of the Adolf and Esther Gotlieb Foundation Grant, is an invitational for full-time and adjunct faculty from the Manchester and Sharon Art campuses. This exhibition runs until December 29, 2014.

Judy McKenna had two paintings titled “Sunrise Surf” and “Ram Island Light” into PPOM 15th Annual International Juried Exhibition for “Pastels Only”.

Barbara Scott’s painting titled “Red Pair” was juried into the 2014 17th Annual Regional show in Newburyport, MA which runs from April 25 through May 25. Her painting “Oversized Love” was accepted into PPOM’s 15th Annual International Juried Exhibition for “Pastels Only”.

Betsy Craumer’s painting “The New Day Begins” was accepted into PPOM’s 15th International Juried Exhibition for “Pastels Only”. It will be held at the Saco Museum at 371 Main Street, Saco, ME from May 17 to June 14. She was invited to show a painting in the Sixth Annual Pastels by Invitation Show at the Creative Arts Center, 154 Crowell Road in Chatham, MA. “Windswept” will be on display there from August 2 to Aug 30.

Kitty Clark and MaryAnn Eldred are receiving their Certificates for the NH Institute of Art in May.  Their senior student work is hanging in the main building on Concord Street in Manchester from April 14 to May 2.

Sally Shea’s paintings were displayed in a show in Manchester at the Firefly Restaurant on Concord St. It ran from April 8  through May.

Linee Baird was recently accepted as a PSA Signature Member and also into The Salmagundi Club, one of the most respected art clubs in America.
